Jun 30, 2019 Gulbasaur 10. Radiation melee has a lot of splash damage. Attacks have a chance to contaminate enemies, and when you hit contaminated enemies, single-target melee attacks become AoE melee attacks. You have a terrible cone attack (the range is pithy) and a very good melee AoE attack. Apr 28, 2014 One of the 1.1 patch notes described some AoE (area-of-effect) abilities having their maximum number of targets reduced. This led to some consternation among the community – our apologies for the confusion; we should have been more explicit in the patch notes. Macos 10.6 dmg download.

Ok, so I just hit 40 with my Fire Controller and it forced me to take a closer look at Epic PP. Not just the controller ones though, I had a decent look through all of them since I've got a Blaster at 39 and a Scrapper at 32.What are some pools and powers that people think are really useful? I haven't seen the new updated damage, but here's my take.
Blasters:
Blasters got some useful powers, but nothing that fixes the real problem of status effects at high level, excpet *maybe* Fire Shield and nobody seems to be sure on that.

- Munitions: the sleep grenade would be really useful if you're a single target blaster. The Cryo Freeze Ray is another hold if you're ice or electricity, and a hold of any kind if you're some other kind of blaster. The Body Armor is passive and passives are always nice. The LRM rocket will *probably* be nerfed at some point, but at this point it's a really nice ranged AoE.
- Force Mastery: I don't see a lot useful here since Unstoppable/Force of Nature no longer has Status Protection. The PFF is a ghetto Phase Shift and that's always nice as an 'oh sh!t' power.
- Flame Mastery: Char is a hold, that's always good, and if the Epic Fire Shield has Hold and Sleep protection like the Fire Tanker version then this will be a decent set. Bonfire for blasters is also pretty nice since it keeps people out of melee.
Controllers:

Controllers got a lot of love and honestly fit my vision of what Epic PP should have been about. Each PP offers something different for a controller.
- Fire Mastery: the new Fireball does a lot of damage, consume is useful for a controller, and if Fire Shield has Hold/Sleep protection this set will be a solid choice.
- Primal Forces Mastery: Ok, if you really want to be a controller this is your set. Conserve power will keep you in END, and Power Boost is absurd from everything I've heard. Power Blast also now does decent damage.
- Psionic Mastery: I have a feeling a lot of people are going to be taking this set. First Indomitable Will gives status protection (except immobilize, boo hoo) which any squishy AT would give almost anything for at high level. It also gives +def against psi which is just butter. Second Mind over Body gives Psionic DR, a rarity anywhere. If you fight Rikti, Rularuu, or portal missions this would be the set for you I think.
Defenders:
I don't have a defender at high level but some of this looks nice.
- Power Mastery: Supposedly Power Buildup is now the most powerful Epic power now that Unstoppable has been changed. Build Up + Power Boost, good stuff all around. Conserve Power is also wonderful if slotted.
Now we get to the less useful stuff.
- Body Mastery: I can see a lot of people getting this pool just for the 2 first powers. Conserve Power keeps you in END, something Scrappers can always use, and Focused Accuracy means you can get rid of the SO ACC in your powers if you can afford the END drain the power supposedly has.
What *would* you give Scrappers though as an Epic PP? They already do good damage, and other than DA they have good defenses and status protection. At the end of the day what's left? Conserve Power is a way to go since END seems to always be a problem with most Scrapper builds.
What would you give Tankers? The weird combination of ranged damage and Controller powers is very odd. I could see picking up Energy Mastery for Conserve Power or Pyre Mastery for Fire Blast/Ball, but other than that what do tankers need? They already have a damage increase on the test server.
